We allow 1 hour for each candle pouring session but it may only take 30-45 minutes for you to complete the process. We want to make sure you have enough time to make your selections & create your perfect candle! If you finish early, feel free to spend more time with your group & check out everything The Candle Bar has to offer.
Yes! You can take your candle home the same day as you make it but it does need at least 90 minutes to cure in order to be suitable for travel. During this time, we encourage you to check out the local restaurants, bars & shops. If you are unable to wait, we will hold your candle for up to 1 week.
We offer over 80 scents to choose from! You can choose one or mix up to three to create your custom candle.
Yes! Bring in any vessel previously purchased at The Candle Bar to refill for a discount! You still get to choose your scents, mix your wax AND you get to reuse your favorite vessel!
Vessel must be completely cleaned & cannot have any remaining wax, wicks or debris when brought in for refill. Must also not have any chips, cracks or other damage to vessel. Limit 1 refill per vessel. Vessel MUST have been purchased at The Candle Bar. We cannot accept vessels purchased elsewhere for refills.
To schedule, just book a session through our website, Instagram or Facebook page. Deposit will be applied to your total on the day of visit.

Each session costs $45-$55 depending on the vessel you choose. The cost includes everything you need to make your custom candle. We do require a $20 deposit at the time your reservation is made. This will be applied to your balance at checkout. This deposit is non refundable.
You can make up to 2 candles per person during each session and we will offer a $10 discount for anyone who chooses to do this.
We do sell some canned beverages during our general sessions!
Outside alcohol can only be brought in during private sessions, please contact us for more information.
A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking, however we do allow changes to your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled session.
We do not allow anyone under the age of 10 to participate in our workshops for safety reasons. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their guardian/accompanying adult.
For safety reasons, we do not allow vessels that have not been purchased at The Candle Bar.
Reservations are recommended due to limited seating during our workshops. However, if there is space available for the next session, walk-ins are welcome for most sessions! Please see schedule for session times.
Outside food is allowed during private events only. We are happy to arrange catering for your group or event. Please contact us for more information.

Every reservation includes a seat + candle during the workshop. If someone in your party is not making a candle, we may not have a seat available for them but they are welcome to observe during your session.
If you need to change or reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop.
